Scottsboro Train Depot

The Scottsboro Train Depot, one of three remaining pre-Civil War railroad depots in Alabama, was built by the Memphis and Charleston Railroad Company in the early 1860s. It was the site of a Civil War battle and was considered the town center as Scottsboro began to form in the late 1860s and early 1870s.
