Robert Taylor
Architect Robert R. Taylor (1868-1942) was the first black graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Due to his work designing buildings of the campus and teaching industrial drawing, Taylor is known as the architect of Tuskegee Institute (now Tuskegee University).
