Tree House Visitor Center

The Tree House Visitor Center at Ruffner Mountain Nature Preserve has a living roof and was constructed with sustainable materials. It has won a number of awards for its innovative design and construction materials and methods. The building houses educational facilities and wildlife exhibits that include live animals native to the area.
