James Lowe Jr.

Phenix City native Dr. James Lowe Jr. is president of Bishop State Community College in Mobile. Prior to his tenure at BSCC, Lowe was an educator, coach, and administrator at several community colleges in Alabama. He was appointed president of BSCC in May 2008.
