Roy Johnson
Roy Johnson was chancellor of Alabama's two-year college system from 1992 until 2006, when he came under federal investigation for corruption. He pled guilty to bribery and conspiracy charges in 2008. Johnson had previously served as a Tuscaloosa state legislator.
