Delmore Brothers

Alton (1908-1964) and Rabon (1910-1952) Delmore of Elkmont, Limestone County, were a pioneering country music duo who are honored in the Alabama Music Hall of Fame and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The brothers performed at the Grand Ole Oprey during the 1930s.
