Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus Lamar

Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus Lamar (1825-1893) served in the U.S. Congress, was United States Secretary of the Interior during the administration of President Grover Cleveland, and was an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.
