Johann G. Cullmann

Johann G. Cullmann (1823-1895) emigrated from Bavaria to the U.S. in the mid-ninteenth century to establish a German immigrant colony. He bought Tennessee Valley acreage in northern Alabama along the Nashville to Montgomery rail line and in 1873 established his colony in Alabama.
