Red Bay Museum

Memorabilia from country music star Tammy Wynette form the bulk of the collections in the Red Bay Museum in Red Bay, Franklin County. Wynette was born across the state line in Mississippi but spent considerable time in Red Bay as a youth with relatives. Among her items on display is the wedding dress she wore when she married fellow musician George Jones. Other exhibits include original artifacts from the town's first bank, the player piano from the Bay Theater, and a historic soda fountain from an early drug store
