Jeremiah Clemens House

Built in the 1820s at the intersection of Church and Clinton Streets in Huntsville, Madison County, this house was home to author and one-term U.S. senator Jeremiah Clemens. The structure was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. It was moved to the intersection of Pratt Avenue and Meridian Street in 2004 to save it from destruction, and it now serves as an office building.
